Business Developer

Magma is looking for an ambitious business developer to help expand our presence in branded content and advertising. You will open doors, build lasting relationships, and translate creative vision into commercial opportunity. If you are driven to generate revenue while supporting high-level creative work, we would like to hear from you.

Composers, producers, and musicians
Record labels, publishers, and rights holders

Identify and close new business opportunities

Music Producer

Magma is looking for a globally minded music producer to help develop and deliver original music for advertising, branded content, and film. You will translate client briefings into compelling music compositions and productions by identifying the right talent, guiding the creative process, and ensuring the highest production standards. You act as a bridge between clients, composers, artists, and our internal team, helping shape music that defines how campaigns are experienced.

What we’re looking for

An active network in one or more of the following:

Composers, producers, songwriters, and vocalists
Musicians, bands, and emerging artists
Recording studios, mixers, and engineers

You will:

Translate creative briefs into clear music production vision.
Identify, commission, and manage composers, artists, and producers
Guide projects from initial concept through delivery
Oversee demos, recordings, revisions, budgets and final production

You are:

Able to recognize the right artist or composer for a specific creative vision
Comfortable directing and giving feedback to creative collaborators
Technically literate in music production (DAWs, recording workflows, instrumentation)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
Curious, globally oriented, and motivated by creative excellence
Comfortable in a flexible, non-9-to-5 environment

Experience producing music for advertising, film, or media
Existing relationships with international composers and artists
Background as a composer, producer, or musician
